SHIPPING

Currently, Pembe Club only delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.All returns to be delivered to the following address:

Items purchased on pembeclub.com and shipped within the United Kingdom may be returned to Pembe Club for return or exchange within 7 days from when you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and in original packaging (Pembe Club gift box and/or pouch).

Please email shop@pembeclub.com within 48 (forty-eight) hours for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) clearly labelled on the package. Approved returns will be in the form of store credit for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than pembeclub.com.

We will notify you on returns within 48 hours of receipt of request with a RAN to be added to your return parcel.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Pembe Club does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn or had the tags removed.

All returnable items must be returned within 7 (seven) business days from the date on which you received your order.

Note: for any items that are received in faulty condition, you must notify us within 24 (twenty-four) hours.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for exchanges due to the limited nature of our stock inventory. Should you wish to return an item and purchase another in its stead, you will have to first complete the returns process for the item you wish to exchange and then place a new order for the new item.

REFUNDS

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order purchase, Pembe Club will gladly accept returns of any undamaged, unworn or defective merchandise in exchange for store credit. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
